Lexington HQ Completes Build-Out

LEXINGTON, MA-Wise Construction wraps up the 30,000-sf build-out of 95 Hayden Ave., the 250,000-sf headquarters of VistaPrint.

LEXINGTON, MA-VistaPrint, a global supplier of graphic design services and customized printed products, is complete with its build-out of 95 Hayden Ave. here. The property picked up 30,000 sf as the company continues to grow. Wise Construction completed the build-out for VistaPrint.

The 30,000-sf project on the first floor created new offices, a training center and several conference rooms, as well as mechanical and electrical upgrades. “As part of the build-out we put in a video-conference center,” Bill Olson, a senior project manager at Wise Construction, tells GlobeSt.com. “So they don’t have to travel as much. They can video with their [other office] in Barcelona and manufacturing in Windsor” or Montego Bay, Jamaica. Barcelona is VistaPrint’s European Marketing office.
