Class A Office Hits 50% with Two New Leases

STAMFORD, CT-The newly renovated 750 East Main St.--103,000-sf class A office property--signs Home Service USA and Laidlaw & Co. to a seven and 10-year lease.

STAMFORD, CT-After completing a redesign and renovation, 750 East Main St. is securing two more leases, bringing its occupancy up to 50%. The 103,000-sf class A office property is signing Home Service USA to 7,681 sf for seven years and Laidlaw & Co. to 5,620 sf for a 10-year lease. Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent for the owner, while Jones Lang LaSalle represented Home Service and Laidlaw leased directly from the landlord, 750 Stamford Partners LLC.

“[This property] was attractive to both Home Service and Laidlaw & Co. because it features a great balance of central location and accessibility,” Steve Baker, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield, says in a statement. “Combined with completely renovated office space, modern-day amenities and a cost-effective leasing structure,” Baker says the building is a great fit in a competitive market. The property is on Route 1 with easy access to Interstate-95, which runs from New York City and passes through Providence, RI and Boston.
