The project on four acres is in the final design stages, with Barry Poskanzer and Amy Nowak of the Ridgewood, NJ-based Poskanzer Skott Architects handling the design and directing the project. The finished Reserve at Watchung's 26 units will range from 2,000 sf to 2,900 sf.

"Luxury condos, a category that's defined by amenities and sheer unit size, continue to draw high interest in this part of the country," Poskanzer says. "Architecture is a response to a cultural need. It's creating a collection of space in order to shelter functions with the use of the materials and the technology that are available at the moment."

Builder Fein Construction is a Kinnelon, NJ-based company active in several North Jersey counties, including new construction and renovation work.
