CBRE Veteran Joins Holly Real Estate

MIAMI-Local real estate veteran Scott Sime has joined Holly Real Estate as president of the newly formed brokerage division, Holly Sime Realty. Earlier this year, Sime was appointed managing director at CB Richard Ellis’ Miami office, where he worked for nine years. Prior to working at CBRE, Sime was at Miami-based Codina Group for nine years.

“This was a very entrepreneurial opportunity to make a strong impact in the local market, the place where I grew up and lived my whole life,” Sime tells GlobeSt.com. “I came from an international platform that is one of the best, if not the best, platforms in the business, if not the best,” he says of his time with CBRE.
