(PORTLAND, OR) Scott Langley, for years the president at Ashforth Pacific, the locally based West Coast subsidiary of the Stamford, CT-based Ashforth Co., is now its chief executive as well, a title that most recently belonged to Stamford-based Hank Ashforth Jr. III, who is now chairman of Ashforth Pacific and executive vice president of the parent company.

(SANTA MONICA, CA) Susan Rorison was named president of Watt Commercial Properties. Rorison will lead the strategic development, leasing and management services for the company's 60 retail, residential, office and industrial properties throughout the US.

(DALLAS) Sixteen-year veteran Ken Bendalin starts his own shop. He most recently was director of capital markets for the Staubach Co.

INTEGRATED BUILDERS
(BRAINTREE, MA) The construction management, design-build and general contracting firm is hiring Sean Burgess as assistant project superintendent. He manages projects in the $500,000 to $1-million range for product types that include corporate, retail and multi-family housing.

Massey Knakal Realty Services
(NEW YORK CITY) Massey Knakal is grabbing Kenneth M. Krasnow to work as the firm's as managing director. Most recently, Krasnow worked as the COO for Apartment Realty Advisors Florida.
