Digitas will take the entire ninth floor and a portion of the 10th floor in a 15-year lease starting in January 2009. The terms or price of the lease were not disclosed. Digitas was represented by Joseph Thanhauser of Byrnam Wood LLC and John Hannigan of Choyce Peterson. RFR Realty was represented by portfolio directors Margaret Carlson and Joseph Artusa.
Carlson says, in a statement, "the building's central business district location combined with a great amenity package and new property renovations, offered Digitas the best match of available options in the market." Stamford Plaza is centrally located in Stamford, within a stone's throw of Interstate-95.
RFR Realty holds a seven-building class A office portfolio in Stamford. The properties include the four Stamford Plaza buildings--One, Two, Three and Four Stamford Plaza--177 Broad St., 300 Atlantic St. and Canterbury Green.
