Construction has already started on the new 81,000-sf building, which will have 31,000 sf of office space, and warehouse and vehicle storage areas. A smaller warehouse building is also going up, says Tim Masa, project executive for Paric. "They company is relocating their entire operation from elsewhere in Fulton," he tells GlobeSt.com. The two facilities are being designed to meet LEED certifications, Masa says.
The building is set to be completed by July 2009, around the same time as the infrastructure will be set in, he says. "When we're done, the out-lots will be pad-ready for new development," Masa says. The developer is not yet marketing the planned park, he says. A Callaway Electric official could not be reached for comment.
