Paric Starts First Site at 120-Acre New Park

FULTON, MO-Callaway Electric, the developer of the new business park, is moving part of its operations into the first $14.5 million facility. Paric's also doing the park infrastructure.

FULTON, MO-Paric Corp., based here, is building the first facility that is planned for a 120-acre new business park here the intersection of US Highway 54 and Highway H. The builder is also managing the site improvements, such as roads and utilities, for the Callaway Energy Center. The tenant of the $14.5 million building is Callaway Electric Cooperative, which is a related company of the park developer, the Callaway Electric Service Co.

Construction has already started on the new 81,000-sf building, which will have 31,000 sf of office space, and warehouse and vehicle storage areas. A smaller warehouse building is also going up, says Tim Masa, project executive for Paric. “They company is relocating their entire operation from elsewhere in Fulton,” he tells GlobeSt.com. The two facilities are being designed to meet LEED certifications, Masa says.
