RedPrairie Plans 120,000-SF HQ in New Park

DELAFIELD, WI-Software firm RedPrairie Corp. plans to move into a new 120,000-sf office headquarters, by fall 2010, in a new business park called RedPrairie Technology Park at a 25-acre site south of Interstate 94 and east of Highway C. The company is looking to expand out of two facilities it currently leases at the Crossroads Corporate Center in Brookfield, WI. No cost has been released yet for the business park, but more information should be available at a city Planning Commission meeting on Oct. 29, a RedPrairie spokeswoman says. The company is seeking incentives from the city and state for the move onto the land, which is zoned for office development.

Developers of the business park, identified as RP Technology Development Group, include Lang Investments’ Robert Gerbitz and George B. Erwin III. Briohn Building Corp. and Zilber Ltd. are also partners.
