Mountain Development Corp. owns and manages the 623,746-sf property. The remaining available space in the property totals 135,167 sf, which is broken down into 103,015 sf of warehouse and 32,152 sf of office.
The property is located just north of Interstate-95 just down the road from Subway's headquarters at 325 Bic Dr. Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented both Subway and Outland in the deal. The terms and length of the sublease were undisclosed. Coldwell did not return GlobeSt.com inquiries by deadline. Subway declined to comment on the sublease.
