New hires and promotions.

SYRACUSE-Rising in the ranks at CPC’s Central New York office is Andrew J. D’Agostino, who has become assistant vice president. He joined the firm as a mortgage officer for the Central Region about three years ago and was primarily responsible for underwriting new loans and generating new business. He also coordinated CPC’s Small Building Loan Program. Prior to coming to CPC, D’Agostino was with Peerless Insurance Co. of East Syracuse, where he was a personal lines underwriter for the State of Pennsylvania.

[IMGCAP(2)]Walker & Dunlop/Green Park Financial BETHESDA, MD-The new chief financial officer and senior vice president at Walker & Dunlop and Green Park Financial is Deborah A. Wilson. She brings 17 years of experience to the position, most recently serving as vice president of counterparty risk for Fannie Mae. Wilson was also a partner with KPMG’s real estate consulting practice, focusing on valuation, mergers & acquisitions and productivity and profitability of commercial and multifamily mortgage banking companies.
