The Las Vegas project is scheduled to break ground this quarter, with completion slated for the third quarter of 2009. Freeman is the owner/developer of the project, with Ed Vance & Associates is the architect of record.

Freeman is a major player in the convention and exposition industry in Las Vegas, and the Dallas firm's new facility is part of its plans for its continued growth Woods says. Freeman maintains operations in more than six million sf of office and warehouse space throughout 41 cities in the US and Canada. The firm annually produces 103 of America's 200 largest trade shows.

United Construction was established in 1978. The firm specializes in institutional, industrial, tenant improvement, design-build, retail and office projects. It operates from offices in Reno and Las Vegas and has completed numerous projects throughout Nevada including the Southern Nevada headquarters and distribution center for Southern Wine and Spirits, Logisticenter Buildings 1 and 2, CDW Build to Suit and Property Line Corporate Offices.
