"We're pleased to continue our successful relationship with BBB International," says Jeff Hale, vice president of leasing for the Parsippany-based Sudler Cos., in a statement. "The additional space they have taken at 1100 Towbin Ave. will allow them to achieve their growth goals in both the near- and long-term."

BBB International has increased its occupancy by approximately one-third, filling up the building. The 1,500 sf that BBB doesn't have is currently occupied by Plasplugs Inc., a toolmaker. Terms of BBB's renewal/expansion were not released.

BBB International's home base is within Sudler's Corporate Park, a 250-acre campus with a mix of light industrial, W/D and office space adding up to a total of about 1.3 million sf. The park is situated on Route 70 at Exit 88 of the Garden State Parkway in Central New Jersey's Ocean County.

Founded in 2005, BBB provides warehousing facilities and logistics services on an as-needed, variable-rate basis. The company's services from the site include distribution and fulfillment, warehousing and storage, reverse logistics and freight brokering.
