PinnacleAIS' HQ Project Back to Planning Stage

PASADENA, TX-PinnacleAIS LLC’s explosive growth has led to a construction delay on its 18-acre corporate campus while company executives re-evaluate the development plan. In the interim, the petroleum and chemical services company is taking temporary space near Ellington Field on the city’s south side.

PinnacleAIS president Ryan Sitton tells GlobeSt.com that the land at Allen-Genoa and Hernandez roads was bought about six months ago, with groundbreaking originally set for mid-September on the first phase–a 20,000-sf to 30,000-sf office building. “But, we got too big for the building we’d originally planned,” Sittton explains. “We needed to pull back to rethink our campus strategy as well as an interim solution.”

The interim solution will be a one- to two-year lease for nearly 10,000 sf at an office building near Ellington Field, which isn’t too far from PinnacleAIS’ corporate campus site. Sitton declined to discuss specifics of the lease transaction, noting that nothing has been finalized as yet.
