Wilton Corp. Park Lands HQ

WILTON, CT-The Sun Products Corp. is taking 56,603 sf at 60 Danbury Rd. here as their brand new headquarters.

WILTON, CT-Wilton Corporate Park is landing the headquarters of the Sun Products Corp., a newly formed company. The company will take 56,603 sf in 60 Danbury Rd. here for a 10-year lease.

Gregory Frisoli, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield represented Sun Products, while Jeffery Gage and Edward Tonnesen of Albert Ashforth repped the owner. The financial details of the lease were undisclosed, but sources say the building’s asking price is roughly $40 per sf.

The three-story class A building totals 81,950 sf, with Sun Products taking over the second and third floors. The corporation plans to move to their new headquarters roughly between March and April of 2009, when the construction on the building is expected to complete. Sun Products is a combination of Unilever’s Detergent Division and Huish Detergents. The companies are staying in their interim offices of Stamford and Westport, both CT, during the interim.
