Based in Los Angeles, Jones has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate, hospitality and gaming industries. Jones has advised clients on numerous global real estate and lodging transactions, capital markets transactions, and strategic planning analyses, according to a company statement. He has provided a range of real estate advisory services during his career, including due diligence, development, valuation, operations, capital markets and corporate strategy. His clients have included multinationals, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, global hospitality and leisure companies, real estate owners/investors developers, operators and financial institutions.

[IMGCAP(3)]Bertuola was promoted to executive director of the real estate tax practice to primarily focus on performing cost segregation and fixed asset studies. She serves real estate and construction clients.

Executive director Barath was recently promoted to executive director in the Dallas office of Ernst & Young's transaction advisory services practice, focusing on transaction real estate services. Barath has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality industries.

[IMGCAP(4)]Seyfarth was recently promoted to partner of the transaction real estate practice in the firm's New York City office of Ernst & Young Global LLC. Christopher has been involved in numerous NPL transactions since early 2003, according to a statement, working for both sellers and investors providing advisory, due diligence, valuation, modeling and other transaction advisory services. Since 1998 Christopher has focused on the distressed debt market in China, Taiwan, Thailand and most recently in Germany and other European countries, working for both buyers and sellers of NPLs.
