Executive director Barath was recently promoted to executive director in the Dallas office of Ernst & Young's transaction advisory services practice, focusing on transaction real estate services. Barath has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality industries.

Christopher has been involved in numerous NPL transactions since early 2003, according to a statement, working for both sellers and investors providing advisory, due diligence, valuation, modeling and other transaction advisory services. Since 1998 Christopher has focused on the distressed debt market in China, Taiwan, Thailand and most recently in Germany and other European countries, working for both buyers and sellers of NPLs.
