Ernst & Young Promotes Slew of Professionals

Lisa Bertuola has been promoted to executive director in the Philadelphia office, Mark Gibson was promoted to principal in the Manhattan office, Troy Jones was promoted to principal in the Los Angeles office, Heidi Barath was promoted to executive director in the firm’s Dallas office, and Christopher Seyfarth was promoted to partner in the firm’s New York City office.

Principal Gibson has more than 24 years of international experience in real estate advisory services, operations and outsourcing. He also serves as a professor of operations and project management at New York University and a professor of international development at Columbia University.

Based in Los Angeles, Jones has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate, hospitality and gaming industries. Jones has advised clients on numerous global real estate and lodging transactions, capital markets transactions, and strategic planning analyses, according to a company statement. He has provided a range of real estate advisory services during his career, including due diligence, development, valuation, operations, capital markets and corporate strategy. His clients have included multinationals, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, global hospitality and leisure companies, real estate owners/investors developers, operators and financial institutions.
