Daniel Herrold, regional director for Stan Johnson Co., says Jaggard has "a very similar approach and style to the way he does business as we do ours." With Jaggard on board, Herrold says he also will have time to build a book of business in tandem with building the team at 10777 Westheimer Rd. The plan is to get two lead brokers and two associates in place by the end of 2009, then bring on two each year until the shop hits 15 to 20 producers. "We do have some candidates at various steps of negotiations that could translate to a hire," Herrold says.
