Wireless Firm Expands to 45,000 SF

NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-Following its initial lease for 27,000 sf in the spring, Hutton Communications now occupies the entire building.

NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-Hutton Communications Inc. has grown its presence at 1430 Jersey Ave. here. After signing an initial lease for 27,000 sf this past spring, the distributor of commercial wireless communications and related equipment is expanding its lease there and will now occupy the entire single-story, 45,000-sf building.

The Dallas-based Hutton was represented in both the initial signing and the latest expansion by Noah Balanoff of Cushman & Wakefield’s East Rutherford office. John Ross of Ross Industries, a New Brunswick-based sales group that owns the building, was the in-house broker. Terms were not disclosed.

For Hutton, the site represents an expanded Northeast distribution presence for its clientele of cellular and radio communications dealers and wireless communications carriers. The company also provides power system solutions and alternative energy sources. Prior to the company’s occupancy of the building, it had been used by a succession of W/D and transportation companies.
