Lams Open Two Soho Hotels

NEW YORK CITY-Marshall Management is operating the new hotels and will also run two other Manhattan properties the Lam Group is developing.

NEW YORK CITY-Locally based hotel developers the Lam Group and Lam Generation have opened a pair of properties in Soho. The 150-key Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo at 66 Charlton St. and the 160-room Hampton Inn Manhattan SoHo at 54 Watts St. are being operated by Salisbury, MD-based Marshall Management, which operates two other Lam properties in New York City and will also run two more currently under development.

The four existing Lam properties under management by Marshall are part of an August 2007 agreement for Marshall to provide services to accelerate the Lams’ planned development in New York City. Marshall also manages the Lams’ 158-key Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan Chelsea at 160 W. 25th St. and the 154-key Fairfield by Marriott at 52-34 Van Dam St. in Long Island City.
