And Morris Cos. has hired Cushman & Wakefield to fill or move the building, with Stephen Elman, Noah Balanoff, Stan Danzig and Robert Adams of the firm's East Rutherford office handling the assignment. Built in 2004, the asset had been occupied since then by novelty stationer EK Success, which has since relocated its operations within the region.
Also known as Clifton III as part of a three-building industrial complex, the availability consists of just less than 33,000 square feet of corporate office space, 4,364 square feet of warehouse office space and nearly 193,600 square feet of W/D space with 36-foot clear ceilings. The location is just off Route 3, with signage visible from that highway.
"In a market with very little first-generation industrial space, it presents an unusual opportunity to buy or lease a well-configured facility," Elman says.
