The JW Marriott Residences Loreto will have two-, three- and four-bedroom condos, as well as rooftop penthouses, priced between the mid-$700,000 range to $3 million. The resort, set for a 2010 phase-one completion, will also feature a two-story lobby, several pools, a 35-seat theater and other amenities.

Developer NG Properties Mexico, which has obtained licensing rights to use the JW Marriott brand, is shooting for LEED certification. Plants indigenous to the site will be relocated throughout the resort upon completion, buildings will use solar power generation and the developer plans to use environmentally-friendly building materials.

NG Properties Mexico is a subsidiary of Pinnacle Diversified LLC, which is headed by Neil Ginsberg. A co-managing partner in the development is James Spano with Spano Partners Holdings, based in Millstone Township, NJ.
