acquired by Boston-based OneBeacon and its regional operations were transferred to other New Jersey locations.

"This facility is an indication of our confidence in the stability and economic future of Morris County," says Peter Schofel, a partner in the Livingston-based Eastman, which has renamed the two-story asset Florham Park Medical. "We're confident that this medical facility will be an important factor in providing enhanced healthcare services to this market. The makeover is especially geared to medical examining offices, laboratories and out-patient surgery."

The job of filling the building falls on Eric Maurer, Eastman's director of leasing, along with Ken Flynn, Susan Mason and Dan Loughlin of Jones Lang LaSalle. The current availability involves the entire 27,500-square-foot second floor and 5,500 square feet on the first floor--with prices currently listed as "negotiable."

Situated on five acres, the asset was completed in 1979 and had previous renovations in 1997 and 2005.
