Office Relocations Lands 14,852 SF

TEWKSBURY, MA-Edwards Vacuum moves north up Interstate 93 to stake out 14,852 square feet of office, here.

TEWKSBURY, MA-Edwards Vacuum is picking up stakes and moving north to 3 Highwood Dr. here. The technology parts manufacturer is moving from its office at 301 Vallardvale St. in Wilmington, MA. The company will take 14,852 square feet, although terms of the lease were undisclosed.

The property is a two-story, 105,718-square-foot building with multiple tenants. The building is one of three buildings that comprise the Highwood Office Park. The 90,286-square-foot 1 Highwood Dr. still has 39,258 square feet available and the 82,193-square-foot 2 Highwood Dr. has 40,478 square feet left to rent, according to the office park’s website.
