Colliers International Finds Heart in Athens

ATHENS, GREECE-The international firm is being named the exclusive provider of property management services for Pasal Development's mall athensheart.

ATHENS, GREECE-Colliers International is being named the exclusive provider of property management services for Pasal Development’s mall, here. The mall–named athens heart will be contain a total GLA of close to 20,000-square-meters and TBA of roughly 58,000-square-meters. The mall is expected to have 80 units for retail and a food court.

The mall will be seven floors, three of which will be below ground, with 750 parking spaces. Situated near the center of the city, the mall will be well-positioned for potential tenants. Currently there are no tenants disclosed, nor the cost of construction. Colliers International did not respond to GlobeSt.com inquiries by deadline.
