"This project had many challenging obstacles to overcome during the design/permit approval process," said Phil Gonzalez, project manager for Principle Construction. "But in the end Principle Construction was able to push the project through due to teamwork and owner's open-mindness, positive attitude and determination."

Suncraft is a premier printer, which in 2007 printed and delivered more than one billion pieces. Gonzalez acted as Project Manager for Principle Construction Corp. on the project and Harris Architects provided architectural services. The work also brought a baler room, break room, worker room and shipping office to the property. The building was designed to have the capability to accommodate four interior loading docks.
