Average asking lease rates in the Lake County submarket in Q3 ranges from $6 to $11 per sf, net, according to Cushman & Wakefield market research.

As a full service firm, the company is active in brokerage, property/facility management, and construction on a local, regional and national level. The private investment group selling the property was represented internally.
