The company is headquartered across the street at 750 Oakwood Dr. Officials with the buyer did not return calls for comment. Average asking lease rates in the Lake County submarket in Q3 ranges from $6 to $11 per sf, net, according to Cushman & Wakefield market research.

Cabot, an investor, developer and operator of industrial properties throughout the country, was represented by Nicholas Esposito of Arthur J. Rogers & Co., a partner of the CORE Network. As a full service firm, the company is active in brokerage, property/facility management, and construction on a local, regional and national level. The private investment group selling the property was represented internally.
