"Yellowbook wanted to bring together employees from several buildings in Renaissance Park to improve their operating efficiency," says Tom Sklow, VP and city manager, Liberty Property, in a statement. Liberty will continue at local properties 3400 Horizon Dr. and 2560 Renaissance Blvd. here. The terms of the lease were undisclosed and inquires to Liberty were not disclosed by deadline.
Bruce Hartlein represented Liberty in the deal, while Jon Sarkisian and Dennis Durkin from CB Richard Ellis were the tenant brokers.
