Stephen J. Connolly, EVP with NAI Hiffman's Industrial Services Group, represented IPP Lithocolor in the sale, while Matt Mulvihill with Grubb and Ellis represented IRCON. "The purchaser needed a facility with close proximity to downtown Chicago, heavy power for their operation, and a fully air-conditioned warehouse," Connolly said. "This building allowed for that as well as a site with land for future expansion."
IPP Lithocolor was founded in 1956. IPP and its sister company, Randolph Street Press, produce multicolor sheet-fed printing for catalogs, direct mail, point-of-purchase items and posters. Founded in 1962, IRCON manufactures products to that address difficult temperature measurement and monitoring challenges, requiring precise temperature measurement and control.
