The industrial space is fit on five acres off Route 20 here. The property is currently occupied by Color, Inc., which takes up roughly two-thirds of the building, according to Scott Hughes. The company has made 25 Union its home for the last 17 years, but will be moving into a build-to-suit in February at the end of its lease.

The building can be leased to a single tenant or subdivided, explains Hughes to GlobeSt.com. The industrial building has "18 to 20-foot clear heights" and stands in the "underserved market of Sudbury," Hughes explains. The financing was "traditional" and procured from Wellesley Bank, he continues. The asking price is undisclosed but industrial space in the West 128 submarket goes for $11.43 per square foot, according to Cushman & Wakefield's Q3 report.
