Aspinwall joins JLL from Colonial Properties Trust, where he served as a vice president. His career experience includes landlord representation, management, development marketing and property acquisitions throughout the Southeast.
"Glenn's a great addition to our agency leasing efforts and adds experience and integrity to an already seasoned team of professionals," says Clark Gore, JLL Atlanta market director. "With Glenn on board, we plan to expand our market share from both a quality and quantity perspective."
Parkway Center, in the city's northwest submarket, consists of two 12-story office buildings built in the mid- to late 1980s and totalling nearly 458,000 square feet at 1800 and 1850 Parkway Place in suburban Marietta. The 230 Peachtree office tower in Downtown Atlanta, built in 1966, contains more than 415,000 square feet in 27 floors.
Aspinwall is a graduate of Georgia Southern University in Statesboro. He holds a CCIM designation and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
