Meridian Will Build 150,000-SF Medical Facility

JACKSON, NJ-The regional hospital operator is teaming with Chicago-based Lillibridge to develop a multi-use outpatient complex.

JACKSON, NJ-Meridian Health is teaming up with Lillibridge to develop a 150,000-square-foot outpatient medical facility at the intersection of Cooks Bridge and Bennett’s Mills roads in this Ocean County township. Construction is scheduled to start in the spring for Meridian Health Village, with completion slated by summer 2010. Cost of the project has not been released.

“We have a solid partnership with Meridian,” says Todd Lillibridge, chairman and CEO of the Chicago-based Lillibridge, a private healthcare real estate firm. “This is a consumer-oriented project, and it will be a real focal point for the community.”

Sal Inciardi, senior vice president-business development for Meridian Health says, “This is an exciting and unique project.” A Neptune, NJ-based company, Meridian Health, operates several hospitals and outpatient centers in Central New Jersey’s Monmouth and Ocean counties. “We did a great deal of research to plan the design,” he continues.
