Partners Allen Ross, Frederick Cohen, Arthur Silverman and Richard Dyer are leading the new team, whose clients include some of the leading developers involved in rebuilding Downtown. Other clients include academic and healthcare centers, institutional public entities, private developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, design and engineering firms and sureties.

Along with Ross, Cohen, Silverman and Dyer, all construction attorneys, partners in the new construction law group include Mark Canizio, Michael Chartan, Kenneth Lazaruk and John Wojak Jr., construction attorneys; and Dennis Konner, real estate attorney. The team also includes special counsel/associates Jose Aquino, Lawrence Chiarelli, Michael Davis, Meghan DiPerna, Charles Fastenberg, Michael Hogan, James Lotito, Brian Markowitz and Jessica Singh, construction attorneys; and Joseph Mascia and Jon Popin, real estate attorneys.

In a statement, John Soroko, chairman and CEO of Duane Morris, says the new team possesses "considerable experience and knowledge of the complex issues facing owners, developers, investors, lenders and the construction industry as a whole."
