Budd Wiesenberg, VP of CB Richard Ellis' Stamford, CT office, and Gerry Miovski, SVP of CBRE's New York office, repped Spencer Trask, along with EVP William Cuddy and senior managing director Robert Caruso, both from the Stamford office. Gerard Hillock and John Stoddard of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the sublessor, and undisclosed consulting firm.

Across the street from the Hyatt Regency, the 180,450-square-foot building is a former Fortune Brands world headquarters, reserved only for Fortune 100 companies. After a 20-year net-lease, Related has since renovated the building--including the lobby and cafeteria--according to Wiesenberg. The property, boasting easy-access to New York City and Stamford, CT by car or train--off the Interstate 95 and Metro-North--currently has available spaces ranging from 2,000 square feet to 26,000 square feet with an asking price of $56 per square foot, says Wiesenberg.

Wiesenberg, in a statement, explains that Spencer Trask is "looking to relocate from Manhattan", where it still partially resides at 535 Madison Ave. Wiesenberg and Cuddy also act as leasing agents for Related Properties Corp.
