The property is a four-story, 125,000-square-foot class A building. Located in the Burlington Centre--a 600,000-square-foot office park--this lease brings 25 Corporate to 80% occupancy. The park--which includes 10 Corporate Dr., a three-story, 107,000-square-foot class A office set to deliver in 2009--is 84% leased-up.
