MCRES Rolls Out Due Diligence Group

LAKEWOOD, NJ-Real Diligence LLC is offered up as a new tool in an increasingly challenged marketplace.

LAKEWOOD, NJ-Madison Commercial Real Estate Services has launched a new financial consulting group that will provide financial due diligence and portfolio management support. Real Diligence LLC aims to focus on pre-acquisition, post-acquisition and management services, and its launch comes at a time when, “the world economy is in such turmoil and owners and investors need to know the real value of any property they’re looking to buy or refinance,” says MCRES president Joseph I. Rosenbaum.

“Financial due diligence has a special importance in today’s challenging markets,” says Real Diligence CEO David Tesler. “The banks, in particular, understand this, and they’re now looking for help in assessing the real value of properties in the process of loan restructuring. Clients looking to acquired distressed and foreclosed property also need to know the property’s true financial health.”
