Most recently an asset manager with SL Green/Gramercy Capital, Graham will evaluate potential deals for Liquid Realty, which specializes in acquiring interests in private real estate funds, partnerships and trusts on a secondary basis.

At SL Green/Gramercy Capital, Graham participated in approximately $1.6 billion of transactions and had asset management responsibility for over $900 million in structured financial products. The work entailed preparing property and portfolio level financial investment valuations, building performance models, performing valuation and re-underwriting analysis, and spearheading legal efforts in strategizing problem loan and workout situations.

Liquid Realty managing principal Jeffrey Giller says the move to expand its acquisitions group is the result of its “anticipation of market opportunities arising from the current environment as limited partners continue to evaluate their real estate portfolios.”

Prior to joining SL Green, Graham was a a real estate analyst and portfolio offices for TD Banknorth. Prior to that, he was a financial advisor in Merrill Lynch’s global private client group.
