The property--part of the Seaport World Trade Center--rises 16-stories, totaling 504,000 square feet of mid-rise Class A office. The property is 100% leased, just off Interstate 90 and over-looking Boston Harbor. Jones Lang LaSalle is Pembroke's leasing agent for the property.

The Seaport World Trade Center Complex totals 2.26 million square feet of mixed use development. The complex encompasses World Trade Centers East and West and Seaport Hotel. The companies did not disclose the price or terms of the renewals, but Cushman & Wakefield's Q3 Office Report averages asking prices of $33.46 per square foot for office in the Seaport district.
