Enablon To House North American HQ in Tower

CHICAGO-The corporate responsibility and QHSE management software solutions provider will take almost 6,000 square feet in the Sears Tower.

CHICAGO-Enablon has leased 5,814 square feet in the Sears Tower, 233 S. Wacker, to house its North American headquarters. The French corporate responsibility and QHSE management software solutions provider was seeking a base of operations in the country, said the broker on the deal.

Senior vice president Irv Gilner and Sandy Gschwendtner, both with Transwestern, represented the tenant in the lease. “Since Enablon was seeking an appropriate North American headquarters and needed flexibility, Transwestern was able to secure space in this building with aggressive rates and flexible terms allowing for future growth and expansion,” Gilner said. The Paris, France-based company is hoping to grow its business in the US.
