In the largest of the three leases, KVA Audio Visual Services, which provides audiovisual services to numerous clients under the name AV Workshop, signed a 12-year, 7,839-square-foot lease for space on the third floor. KVA is set to move into the space early next year, according to a release. The company is currently located at 527 W. 34th St., a building that has been slated for demolition as part of the Hudson Yards revitalization plan. A Cushman & Wakefield team of Michael Gambino and Michael Burgio represented KVA.

Ai Media Group, a digital advertising firm, inked a five-year, 2,710-sf lease for space on the fourth floor. Terry Robinson of Prudential Douglas Elliman represented the tenant. The company is set to move in this month.

Finally, WahlRich Group signed a four-year, 3,226-sf lease on the second floor, relocating from the 15th floor. It will move to the new space in January 2009.
