Flagler Continues Leasing Momentum

CORAL GABLES, FL-Nearly 400,000 square feet in deals have been signed over the past five months.

CORAL GABLES, FL-Flagler Real Estate Services LLC has signed DSV Air & Sea Inc. to a 57,733-square-foot lease for three years at AMB Beacon Centre, in Miami’s Airport West industrial submarket. The firm has totaled nearly 400,000 square feet in leases since August, when Flagler signed Interport Services and B America Corp. to nearly 120,000 square feet there.

Flagler’s George Pino, vice president, and Jason Tresslar, senior associate, represented landlord AMB Property Corp. in those transactions, while Elizabeth Santos of CB Richard Ellis represented DSV. The deal is among one of the largest industrial leases signed within Airport West this year.
