Total Warehousing Services Inc., a third-party logistics provider, will occupy 60,000 square feet at 6410 Augusta Road as a regional packing, warehousing and distribution facility. Innovative Food Technology will occupy 30,000 square feet at 111 White Horse Court, where it will run its advanced retort processing, designing and selling of its shelf-stable foods to national and international customers. "Both customers have expanded their distribution networks and have chosen new locations in the Greenville area, which underlines the attractiveness of this market," ProLogis spokesperson Mo Sheahan tells GlobeSt.com.

The global provider of distribution facilities owns a total of 2.7 million square feet in Greenville. The two new leases bring ProLogis' holdings at both parks to 100% leased. "Additionally, these transactions bring ProLogis' portfolio in the I-85 West submarket to 100% occupancy," says Sheahan.

"We are very pleased to sign lease agreements with two new customers in Greenville," said Reid Dunbar, vice president and market officer for ProLogis in a release. "Positioned on Interstate 85 between Charlotte and Atlanta, the Greenville market offers our customers good highway access and a strong labor pool. It is also home to a large manufacturing base, contributing to the need for local distribution space."
