ProLogis Leases 90,000 SF to Two Tenants

GREENVILLE, SC-ProLogis has signed two new leases totaling 90,000 square feet at its Augusta Distribution Center and White Horse Industrial Park locations, both in the Interstate 85 West submarket. Terms of the deals were not disclosed, but ProLogis said they consider the leases to be long term.

Total Warehousing Services Inc., a third-party logistics provider, will occupy 60,000 square feet at 6410 Augusta Road as a regional packing, warehousing and distribution facility. Innovative Food Technology will occupy 30,000 square feet at 111 White Horse Court, where it will run its advanced retort processing, designing and selling of its shelf-stable foods to national and international customers. “Both customers have expanded their distribution networks and have chosen new locations in the Greenville area, which underlines the attractiveness of this market,” ProLogis spokesperson Mo Sheahan tells GlobeSt.com.
