$37M Nabs Six-Property MF Portfolio

PEEKSKILL, NY-The 324-unit portfolio was sold by Home Properties LP to a single buyer with multiple LLCs.

PEEKSKILL, NY-Home Properties LP is parting ways with a six-property multifamily portfolio for $36.5 million. The buyer is taking 324 units spread over three towns in Westchester County. The deal was brokered exclusively by Steve Witten and Victor Nolletti of Marcus & Millichap’s New Haven office and Mark Wallsh and John Thomas of Select Investment Realty Advisors from Smithtown, NY.

The portfolio consists of Patricia Apartments and Hudson View Estates–in Peekskill, NY–with 100 units and 71 units, respectively. Sparta Green Apartments, with 43 units, and Sherwood Townhouse and Sherwood House, with 28 units, are in Ossining, NY. Bari Manor Apartments is located in Croton-on-Hudson, NY with 82 units is the sixth property.
