Known for high-profile brands including C&C California and Perry Ellis Swimwear, Perry Ellis will use its space on the 25th and 26th floors of 530 Seventh for corporate offices and showroom space. It will relocate from 1411 Broadway.

Bob Savitt, president of Savitt Partners, acted on behalf of the ownership, while David Levy from Adams & Co. Real Estate represented Perry Ellis in the transaction. Studley brokers David Goldstein and John Mambrino negotiated for Eileen Fisher, which has relocated.

Built in 1930, the Art-Deco 530 Seventh is headquarters for a number of fashion companies in the contemporary, junior and missy categories. Its other tenants include Max Mara, New Balance, YMI Jeanswear, Danskin, Nike Swimwear, Maggy London, Kenneth Cole, Select Showroom and Showroom Delfina.
