William Rudin, president of Rudin Management Co., says in a release that the company is "delighted that Verizon Business Services has chosen to continue to grow and expand its business operations" at 560 Lexington. Rudin Management is the operating arm of the Rudin Family holdings.

Formerly known as MCI Communications Services, Inc., Verizon Business Services focuses on sales and customer support services. It is part of the Verizon Business network.

Jeffrey C. Heller of Cushman & Wakefield represented Verizon Business Services in the expansion move while Rudin Management's Thomas M. Keating provided in-house representation. Heller declined to comment further on the deal.
