Monday Properties Inks 11,130 SF with County

ARLINGTON, VA-Another week, another lease for Monday Properties. Or so it would seem from the company’s recent track record, which has included a 592,000-square-foot renewal with the Coast Guard and a 144,000-square-foot renewal with Boeing.

Its latest deal is an 11,130-square-foot new lease with Arlington County’s Department of Environmental Services, Division of Transportation. The County’s 10-year lease is for space at 1501 Wilson Blvd. Currently, the commuter services division operates out of two separate buildings in Rosslyn. The DOT will consolidate its operations with its new lease; it will occupy the entire eleventh floor, leaving the building with only a 2% vacancy. Arlington County represented itself in the deal. John Wharton and Rob Bowman negotiated the lease internally for Monday Properties.
