The Solomon Page Group LLC--an executive search firm specializing in executive recruiting and management recruiting for professional careers--leased 2,458 square feet on the first floor, while women's health product manufacturer and developer Semprae Laboratories took 2,708 square feet on the third floor. Rental rates work out to around $25 per square foot per year.
