The buildings range in size from 1,000 to 117,000 square feet, while topping out at five stories or having as few as a single story. The property abuts the Quabog River. The facility was previously 100%-leased by Wright, Inc., which no longer needs as much space and is consequently leaving. Wright had grown to prominence during World War II providing parachutes for the US Armed Forces.

Located equidistance from Routes 19and 67 and Interstate 90, the facility is roughly 105 acres of industrial. EVP and partner Mark Reardon and first vice president David Corkery of CB Richard Ellis represented Wrights, Inc. in the deal. Carl Burwick of Katz Real Estate repped MDP Development in the purchase.
