WEST WARREN, MA-Wrights Inc–a manufacturere of craft products, is selling its headquarters to MDP Development for $2.2 million. The 15 building, 563,000-square-foot industrial complex at 85 South St. served as Wrights’ headquarters for over 50 years.

The buildings range in size from 1,000 to 117,000 square feet, while topping out at five stories or having as few as a single story. The property abuts the Quabog River. The facility was previously 100%-leased by Wright, Inc., which no longer needs as much space and is consequently leaving. Wright had grown to prominence during World War II providing parachutes for the US Armed Forces.
